Neglected film, TV or music credits
I have found one that most USA fans are aware of but that European and UK fans may not be as familiar with...
On the popular TV series "Walker. Texas Ranger", (starring Chuck Norris) Chris Franke is credited as having made the theme song. If you give it a listen it is obviously Franke is good form.
I believe he also did some of the first few episode sound files, but that is based solely on my own observation and not to be found listed in any credit anywhere. The reason this is a topic of interest for me is that I used to sit at my Father-In-Law's house in the afternoon and watch re-runs of the series. He was an old cowboy and loved Chuck Norris. I'll readily admit it was ever so camp and hilarious, though not meaning to be of course. You can imagine my chagrin to see Franke's name appear every episode at the beginning. In the purely "western cowboy law officer meet's and beats the evil dudes" format, it was counter to the style I grew up with hearing Franke perform in Tangerine Dream. Great fun!
