very interesting fact that about my Fav TD Concert ever
btw mate the idea wasn't to add 'f.a.k.e' applause, just to give a hint to the audience (at the RAH) that 'they' were part of the concert as well.
TD were lucky to perform at all, what with the Musician's Union holding them to ransom for using Mellotrons and demading money for the pleasure of using their own equipment.
