Re: Edgar and TD - the Force Majeure autobiography

I really hope this book sees the light of day.

I feel more compelled than ever to read it now.

Re: The News About Edgar

:( It felt like I had lost a member of my family, that is how close I felt to Edgar after having followed him and his wonderful music for 44 years. All my plans for the rest of the day went out of the window :( I could not agree with you more mate, well put. Totally gutted  Can't say anymore.

Re: Mala Kunia

How boring would it be if we all kept our TD opinions to ourselves and didn't air them on here......?
Like a previous poster said we are all fans, which is why we continue to come on here.
There is always going to be difference of opinions....
May it never end :)

Re: Mala Kunia

Each to their own of course, but I have to agree with those who critisize TD's creative output over the last few years, it has been mediocre to say the least, there are a few exceptions however, but overall each album is the same blandness release after release. I personally think they went downhill...

Re: Edgar and TD - the Force Majeure autobiography

Yes, was wondering about this much anticipated autobiography myself the other day. Thankfully I have already paid for my copy when it was very first announced.

Would be nice to have a little update on a firm release date.

The shop says December 2014 / Spring 2015.

Thanks.

Re: Mala Kunia

Mine was sent in a thin jiffy bag instead of the usual good quality cardboard packaging so the edges of my cupdisc were a bit battered but thankfully the disc was undamaged. I guess as I only ordered the cupdisc they decided not go for the usual packaging, although I still paid the same p+p rates of...

Re: "Thank you New Zealand" says Edgar

As I was listening to an audience recording on youtube I didn't catch the first bit when he said 'Thank you Brazil' so that makes perfect sense. Thank you EB for clearing that up and I can go away happy knowing Mr Froese still has all of his marbles

Re: "Thank you New Zealand" says Edgar

Edgar seemed a little choked up so Thorsten went to take the mic and then Edgar said what he said and Thorsten corrected him.

was Edgar joking? or did he get confused?

I like to think he was kidding......strange thing to say if he was....

Re: Jerome

Received both of Jerome's latest releases and I have to say I think they are excellent, especially the EP. He really is producing some exciting electronic music these days. Nice to hear some unreleased tracks from the Dream Mixes series too.

Re: New CupDisc

As long as the music is good I couldn't care less what form the packaging comes in or what it's called. This is only my humble opinion of course, TD's output over the last few years (with a few exceptions) has been mediocre at best so this new 'Quantum Years' material for me will be make or break as...

Re: Jerome

Just wondering if anyone has received the new JF CD's from CD Services in Dundee yet?

I haven't ordered from them for years but thought I would give them a go this time instead of waiting (and paying) for postage from Germany to the UK.

Re: Picture Palace Music

ReVision arrived yesterday and so far sounds pretty good, Right of Acension has always been my favourite PPM track and has been completely re-worked here and also includes vocals......the instrumental version I have I downloaded a few years back from their website. I hope TQ and co keep up the good ...
