also on piratebay I put both into audacity and compared the wave files to see where the difference happened. Both played identically until around the 6 minute mark and then longer version is made by repeating one of the earlier verses and then syncing back to the end part of the shorter version. so...

Most concert lists show Tangerine Dream playing at the Benedum Center, Pittsburgh, PA, USA on august 29th 1988...but...there's a used ticket on flickr showing them performing at Ohio Theater, Columbus on the same night. Erik, if you're looking for specific data, the show was recorded at the Sommerville Theater in Sommerville, Massachusetts - not in the city of Boston as most records show (but in a suburb of).
