Wavelength CD, price anyone?

Post by rattymouse »

Anyone know what a copy of the CD Wavelength would sell for these days? I am thinking off selling off my out of print TD collection but have no idea what kind of money these things are worth. Anyone have ideas?

I just bought a new camera lens. One I cannot afford. A Canon EF 85mm 1.2 L. Brutally expensive lens. But awesome. It arrives in just a few hours. I am dying for the truck to get here with it.

I need to raise funds badly.

Of course. I might sell off my vaccuum tube amp along with ARC SP-3a too.

I wont sell any TD albums if they will only fetch $30. But I thought some of them might get $60 or greater. People always seem to rave about Wavelength so I thought that might get more. Arizona is high on the list as I have seen that album go for close to $300.

Well doing a quick scan, I find one seller has one (brand new) for $100  (And it's not even Eric Draven   )

The rest seem to fall in the $65-$90 bracket.

If you whack it on e-bay though expect about £25 / $50 unless 2 people *really* want it.

Frankly, *that* seller is on drugs or playing the (very) long (waiting) game.

Sorry Mooger, but the ARC is a candidate for sale. This lens is incredibly expensive and tough to keep without raising funds. I have 14 days to play with the mighty 85 before I decide if I will keep it. Maybe I'll return it. We shall see.

I bought mine years ago for $300. Good ones for for $900 easily. Sadly, mine needs some work. It is noisy now. Probably some bad caps in there somewhere.
