Thanks for the link, very interesting sound samples there... :)
The question remains, will "Asteroid Agenda" be available through TD's store/TDOC? EB?

I listened to it. Doesn't sound familiar. Am I wrong?
I'm listening to the 30 seconds snippets of the 19 tracks. Yes, "Asteroid Agenda" is the only track that's not on "Space Years". I guess most of the track consists of new recordings (the guitar for example), but underneath I can hear some sounds from "Zeit"'s title track!

"Sunset In The Fifth System" uses "Alpha Centauri" as a kind of backing track for new sounds.
"Exit To Heaven" sounds a lot like a live track from the 1980 or 1981 tour. I'd have to check my Tree discs, but I think it's "Edinburgh Castle".

A very interesting tune is "Shy Shila" where some sounds from a late 80's soundtrack are included (maybe someone can spot which one it is, my guess is "Near Dark").
"The Seventh Folder" also includes a familiar backing track, especially the repeating chord.

Well, I guess each of these compositions uses tunes or sounds the devoted fan may recognize. But I'll wait until "The Anthology Years" is in my CD player for the first time to search for clues in detail. It's not fair to judge a new album by listening to 30 seconds of each track.

What this double CD is concerned, I guess I'll pass that one. All tracks are either on the Eastgate disc or on previous releases I already own. The only exception is "Asteroid Agenda", but this one track can be downloaded if I really want to have it, that will do for me. :)

Amazon.com has it too, including a bigger cover scan. Plus you can download the tracks for "Pepsi Points"...

The cover looks to me as if 'Purple Pyramid Records' downright asks for getting sued by Virgin Records...

I just noticed that "Rare Bird (Live 1988)" has a never-heard-before "One Times One"-style vocal overlay, and a typical mid-'70s LFO-modulated synth sound at the end of the sample. Could be from Encore...

Got the CDS email today and am a little perplexed. Surely this is an Eastgate release? Track names and sounds all fit. Not sure if I'll get this or not.
