Thats true, I have tried damn hard to get my other half to like them without much success.

Still I am not bothered, she likes Micheal Buble and Queen amongst other tripe.
I'm still trying to get my wife to admit she likes TD. Been trying for a couple of decades now and things are only just beginning to improve.
At least she is getting there Chris !, I gave mine a load of discs before we got together , so she was right into it when we got hitched. 8) 8)

It's been slow progress but she's getting quite keen on watching TD in concert now.

As soon as a date is announced i will be getting the tickets, the Mrs is still a TD virgin  but does like quite a few of the albums especially "Underwater Sunlight", and she very much enjoyed "Jerome's" show at the Water Rats.
RIP Edgar. I am going to miss you.

I decided that its impossible to describe tangerinedream's music using words, so I contacted a colleague of mine who works at MIT in thee US of A, he specialises in high end 3dimensional heuristic computer modelling...so I described tangmusic to him and he used a unique algolrithm to produce a definitive graphical image to describe wot mere words cannot.

Tangerine Dream's music is:

Great image, but since your friend deals in heuristic computer modeling, shouldn't he have posted a picture of the HAL 9000 computer from "2001"? After all, the "H" in HAL stands for "Heuristic." (Besides, I can easily imagine HAL enjoying TD's music.) :D
