A simply wonderful track. It starts out so simply but gradually becomes more dramatic, then frenetic, and after a crescendo of sound, we're back on quieter ground to contemplate the musical journey we have just taken. One of Edgar's most ingenious compositions IMHO. A great track.

It's a masterpiece.

I just don't care how it was recorded.

If there was ever a musical representation of coitus this is it: foreplay, banging rhythm, climax and chill out fade. C'mon!
imho

Totally agree, although for the last 29 years I have always wanted the final part of that musical journey to travel on a little further rather than fade out where it does........

[warning - pompous sick-o-phant post below]

you know, there is something about CBF, not sure exactly...er, oh yes! I remember......Its a work of timeless beauty, in that it has transcended its near on 30 year vintage, play it now and you will hear what I mean...its theme captures itself perfectly - the track title and music interweave totally.....a work of true wonder.....Its so good that I do not want to hear it played live in any form whatsoever, it needs to remain encoded in the clear vinyl.....one of my many favourite TangTracks of all time, possibly
...The wise.....are silent.....

Nicely put BM.

Here's my attempt;

It's got synthesisers, it's got guitars and, unusually for TD, it's got drums.

It's also got one of the heaviest sequencer runs known to man and a guitar solo that is unholy and out-of-this-world.

It's chuffing great.

If it was by Spinal Tap it would be 11 out of 10.

A very beautiful track indeed. Would be nice to know the story behind the speed guitar solo.

However, surely CBF is a joint Froese/Franke composition?
