Groove Unlimited have it:

MADCAP'S FLAMING DUTY (dvd + cd) 25527 $36.75 | £30.25 | €30.99
2007. With behind the scenes material.
Special edition. Contains 1 bonus track.

- not cheap.

The E@stgate shop says they will get new stock at the end of 2008 (!?!) so it may be worth sending them an email.

Groove is not cheap at all.

Eastgate is PayPal only I think.

I ordered it at Groove, and it arrived today.

Watching the DVD as I write this. I just have to say it sounds terrific. Tracks like A Dream Of Death and Shape My Sin (both by Queschning) just blew me away, what a composer TQ is. Depeche Mode would be proud of Shape My Sin.

The Divorce, Lake Of Pontchartrain, Hymn To Intellectual Beauty, Mad Song, One Hour Of Madness - stellar tracks all.

I guess I have to check out TQ's Picture Palace Music too.
