WELCOME

Post by tdream4ever »

HELLO to ALL! This is my first time on the TD forum. Been a total TD Fan from 1978. I know what your saying, "What took you so?" Well, I'm in now. My first TD experience was the ALBUM Thief. Yes, I saw The Soilder on VHS and dug the soundtrack, but Thief did it 4 me. I went out to the record shops and bought Phaedra, Rubycon, Ricochet(one of my all time favs!) and the rest is History. From there I expanded to Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Kitaro to Steve Roach, Robert Rich, Vidna Obmana, etc. In all I have around 500 CD's and Albums(yes albums) of electronic music. TD's music today is okay for me. Not to hip on the vocals so much. I like the music/sound of TD. I've listened to some of Madcaps music and that sounds good. Cant wait. I think I will enjoy this one. Cant really say which one is my all time favorite album from TD. I have several. Although I like the older albums. I've taken up too much time already so I will close in saying that I look forward to chatting with all on this fantastic website. :D

A very warm welcome to you. Always glad to hear from a fellow fan -- especially one since the 1970s (like me). Hope to hear from you again and often.

I don't bother saying welcome unless the new members stick around..... most new members make upto two posts:

Hi, I've been a fan for....

and then

Thanks for the welcome, guys....
