So by my calculation do we assume we're looking at a 15-track album :?:

Anyone have any "wish-list" for which tracks they would like to hear and who would sing it (if it's going to be a vocal track) :?:

I assume there will be some instrumental versions in there (Magic Fly by Space, perhaps  )

Now, that would work quite well with Chris' Voice (Hausl obviously, not Franke...)

Possibly something by Depeche Mode, because PPM have covered some of their stuff in concert.

Dunno about that, a very popular song so no surprise that someone in TD loves it. For me I cant stand Stipes whining, never been an REM fan
Yep. I'm not an REM fan at all. But I do admit to having a grudging respect for their work. I remember seeing that film they scored ("Man in the Moon" or summat like that) and being well impressed with the music. Not very complicated but haunting all the same.

Have to say that Chris Hausl's singing on Everybody Hurts is pretty good too. Is he German/Austrian? I can't detect an European accent at all.

My wife and both brother-in-laws all love REM. I guess it's genetic.

Edgar has been begging me to allow him to cover a We Are Creosote tune, alas our lawyers are forbidding it...

I love what Die Krupps did with Metallica tunes a few decades back (or it seems like that). I wonder if TD would ever cover any thing really heavy....

....errr yep, probably not.

I will of course buy the album. I'm not that happy about the covers idea..but we'll see what songs are chosen. I expect all grizzlies standing by waiting to pounce before they've even heard a note.

I would love it if TD would do a cover of a Human League song, especially 'The Sound of the crowd'.

Seems Edgar loves The Bee Gee`s I would love to hear a TD cover version of Stayin Alive, seriously that would be awesome although not sure if Chris would have to vocal range
