Out of the blue a new album - I'm very pleased.
The "appetizer" sounds promising. :D

The first album in a new "sonic poems" series... that's a good concept.
And Edgar Allan Poe is certainly a good starting point !

"Fay bewitching the Moon" is a promising track. The part with electric violin reminds me of Cyclone (in some ways)...
A new cosmic address for the Master Dreamer...

Reminds me more of a KS track - forget which; just the violin I mean. But I'm really enjoying each relisten. Gorgeous, at the same time classic and new if that makes sense.

This'll need an update though...

Well we were promised loads of new music but I wasn't expecting this. Mind you what should I expect from TD. Maybe their motto should be 'expect the unexpected'.

I used to read lots of Edgar Allan Poe when I was at school but sadly don't remember much about it. That's more to do with old age rather than the material being forgettable by the way. So I'm looking forward to this, to familiarise myself with Edgar's work (Poe that is not Froese).

Agree. Sounds like KS. And that is good. :-) Maybe a bit like The Cello, CD 49, from KS's Ultimate Edition box?

I've always been a fan of the Alan Parsons Project take on Poe, so let's see how this will turn out. Preview is quite atmospheric, hope there will be some darker pieces as well...
