Yeah, looks like that bit of the DVD was edited with a pair of garden shears! It's hard to know what went wrong...it's more likely a problem with the audio as it's hard to believe there was a problem with all 6/7 cameras at that precise point and they had no useable shot. If that was the case, they could have used a filler shot from the soundcheck or some CG to paste over the gap. It's possibly a glitch in the audio that they've had to cut out, though I'm sure there was a less harsh and obvious way of doing it.
