I'm reading through some back issues of Eurock and this passage struck me (the article is about a TD concert in 1974 or 75)....

They returned to be greeted with more applause. This time the volume was quite loud to start off, as Chris Franke began with an aggressive rhythm and Edgar played bold, forceful notes on the Mellotron. Peter played the double keyboard Farfisa with extremely fast movements of the hands, then suddenly changed to the electric piano which he played with some drumsticks producing a stunning echo effect.
