Never went to see this and later regretted it so a nice DVD release would be cool

Really enjoyed the show at the time and would love to watch it again. Something a little different to the usual TD show.

i went to the show at the Royal Festival Hall but how many times did TD perform this live?

was Paradsio performed live at all? Looking at the cd it looks like it but never heard of any dates.

thankfully the tunnel was complete by the time of the Harmonia gig :).

Seriously though.. I must add my full respect to everyone involved with the show, obviously a mammoth labour of love from Edgar, after all who else would have had the balls to take on all 3 volumes of Dante's masterpiece and even attempt to convey the many levels of meaning into a musical opus?. Being TD-nuts I'd probably buy the DVD anyway, as I really rate Purgatorio on CD (well...about 6 or 7 tracks worth anyway). It was just bad night for me...mind you thank god it didn't put me off TD as they were back with a belter in 2005.

I enjoyed the evening although i know there were TD friends who were not that taken by it and i respect that. I personally would enjoy the DVD and i still think it is the best part of the trilogy.

Well why not. It was and isn't my cup of tea. But everything of TD on dvd is welcome to me.

I didn't make the show in London, but have listened to the cd quite a bit recently, it does grow on you, and is nice for something a bit different now and again.
Would love to a dvd of the show as clips i've seen on youtube of "Inferno" look quite good.
