York Minster, a beautiful cathedral.

I visited York a few years ago. Although didn't attend the concert on October 20th 1975, I wasn't even alive.

Gets my vote too....

....for some very personal reasons.

My great grandfather painted a mural on the ceiling of the original Alte Opera. Sadly it was destroyed by bombing in WWII and the Opera House had to be rebuilt. I didn't find out that the mural had been destroyed until sometime after I'd made several attempts to view it with a very close friend who was living in Mainz at the time. My very close friend passed away a few years back so my trip to Frankfurt was something of a personal homage to him and my great grandfather.

When TD announced the show it just felt like fate.

Before the show my wife and I shared a very nice bottle of Kabinet and toasted TD, great grandfather and my friend.

It's got to be Coventry Cathedral for me. Such a perfect compliment to electronic music, and one of the main reasons I became an Architect.

That's good too - a close second... but the Architecture of Coventry beats it for me. It's also suitably different. There can't be many bands who have played there.
