Prepared Piano....

Actually, it's a toss-up between the PPG machines and the Jupiter 8. Probably PPG though - such a unique sound, and from my very favourite era.

I can't really tell instruments apart, only sounds (and I'm not sure how you are doing it without access to the synths itself?)

Some of the best ones would however be the Mellotron bells used on eg. Cherokee Lane, the intro bass notes from Ricochet pt 1, and the intro ambience from Messenger.
