I just read this article in the New York Times:

Apparently a 1978 law granted artists "“termination rights,” allowing them to recover control of their creations after 35 years, even if they had originally signed away their rights."

I don't know what, if any affect this would have on TD, but if Edgar isn't aware of it I think he should be!
