As u know from this thread my KS collection is a tad limited (at the moment) but Babel is a fave.

I might be selling off some of my KS Cds as well, especially the original Klangart discs

I quite like Babel too, although I haven't played it for ages. However, it's very unrepresentative of KS' usual sound.

Perhaps it would have been more appropriate as a Wahnfried release as it was a collaboration.

Haven't mentioned those yet have we? I've only got Trance Appeal and Tonwelle, both of which I like.

I also love Transfer Station Blue the album I he did with Michael Shrieve.

Well my BLACKDANCE arrived this morning.
Had a sneaky listen at work & it FAR better than i remember (review to follow)!
Impressed with the Digipak & the bookelt with notes...hope TD do stuff like this at some point with re-issues. Maybe thats what we are going to get with Hyperboria 2008 & Tangram 2008.

The booklets & packing of the Schulze-re-issues are a model of their kind, not to mention all the bonus tracks :D

We'll just have to wait and see what Eastgate comes up with for H & T 2008

such an interesting read, the lil'booklet notes.
Interesting to read that KS played games of table football with Bob Marley who thrashed him every time. According to KS, Bob was the football table king?

How i would of loved to of been a fly on the wall during those games?

Next week:
Chris Franke Vs Eddy Grant

And the long awaited,

Johannes Schmoelling Vs KC & THE SUNSHINE BAND!

:-) :-) :-) :-):-) :-) :-) :-)

going to put my faith in you the TD forum readers! (crumbs, what am i doing?:-)).
I now own Blackdance, Babel, Dresden and RFH 1&2 so you lovely people can decide which one ill purchase next. Obviously, ill be buying the rereleased beautifully packaged Versions and it will be in the gaps between the TD releases which will take priority.

So hit me with it? What next?

something where they haven't over-compressed the whole album and ruined it (beware the first issues of the remasters)

yep...all the later releases were fine, whereas they buggered up all the earlier ones....the fools.

Btw...they weren't even remastered either, according to Klaus..I seem to remember
