Online CD cover images in higher resolution?

Post by Insvims »

Does anyone know where to get cover images with a better resolution than those found in the Eastgate web shop? Most covers are on the net in better resolution, but some new covers are very hard to find (like the Admiralspalast Berlin cover). This is for use when ripping the discs to play on f.eks. Squeezebox, or other media players. I like to have the covers added to the files, but the 179x179 pixel covers in the web shop are too small.

I don't really have a scanner here, but I guess I can wait until images with better resolution shows up on the net somewhere.
Would be nice with bigger images in the Eastgate shop. :-)

Why you don't use the covers which are available for free download?
When you paste a screen copy of the enlarged pdf in a graphics software you will get good results (990 x 850 pixel jpg or more).

from the link you gave, why not download the actual size cover, and put that in graphics software and save as .jpg file ?
(just done that with photoplus starter edition)
