My video and DVD were about the same in terms of picture quality. However that's not saying much since I played the video into the ground.

Stop! You can get it for £5 from http://www.selectadisc.co.uk/product_pa ... ?tid=36093
Selectadisc can be very slow, plus they can advertise stuff they haven't got in. Worth calling them up though

Thanks for the link. I only had it on VHS and had not seen it for years. ordered it from here for a fiver and it came within 2 days, brand new and in plastic wrapping ;)....I must be one of the lucky ones!!.

Even though I slagged it off a bit below its defintely worth having just for the hamlet track. some cool video footage of Edgar in the 70s then it changes to 90s......fantastic!!

Makes me think that there must be a lot of good footage from the 70s and 80s that we have not seen, you get a few glimpes on this.

:D I think this was a reasonable release. I have it on VHS and Laserdisc. I then bought it on DVD and the quality was very good but it didn't have 5.1 sound from what I can remember (It's a while since I watched it). It then came out over here with the CD and also with, I think 5.1 sound. However I found the picture on this release very poor compared to my first copy (seemed dark in certain places). So I have a good copy with stereo sound and a poor copy with 5.1 sound - typical!! Still worth having as part of your TD collection though, without a doubt. :D

I got it ages ago, hardly view it these days, since Tempodrome and Phaedra 2005 are out.

Picture quality is really terrible, I remember thinking how did they get that so wrong
