BM makes no apologies for his infatuation with TD and their music, its timeless, otherwordly beauty cannot be underestimated. For me, the 40 years of magic has been totally absorbed by my unconscious, to the point where I become at one with the music: it's that good, its soul music

...there's me trying out a stream of consciousness and its flattened by the dread mention of the 90's.

The TD 90's, deeply flawed for many reasons, but with many moments of magic, a defocussed, nadir in TD's history, that I reflect on thusly: its music to dip into, like the deep end, careful or you drown, but use the right safety measures, one can float on sublime music.....my TD mind was elsewhen in thee 90's......but now its here

trying to pinpoint why I love the 40 year TD music canon, is really quite odd (and I remind myself that music is only there to enjoy, or not): its intertwined or encapsulated by a strangeness that no other band possesses (no, not even other EM groups - although some other music such as 'krautrock' or classical does have the weirdly oddness of allowing...oddness), this strangeness is the wideband vistas that the music engenders in my mind, sort of cinematic or and I have said this before : dalinian
