Some stunning lists above - I pretty much agree with all, but must add (for my own selfish reasons...)

1. Charlie the Kid (Firestarter)
2. Warsaw in the Sun (Barbakane, Poland)
3. Going West (Flashpoint)
4. Main Theme (Dead Solid Perfect)
5. Love Theme (The park is mine)
6. Unicorn Theme (Legend)
7. Loved By the Sun (Legend)
8. Moorland (Tatort)
9. Ancient Powerplant (The Keep)

Thanks to everyone contributing to the list,
it's nice, because many tracks are from records I don't have ( yet )
so I'm looking forward to hear these

In 'Heartbreakers' defense, on 'Cosmic Dreams At Play' a book about German rock of 70's, the author Dag Erik Asbjornsen writes that is one of the
best 'lighter' soundtracks -that 'lighter' compares to soundtracks like 'Sorcerer'
and 'Keep'

White Eagle, Monolight and Twenty-Nine Palms are among TD's best, and I would also add Catwalk and Yellowstone Park to the mix.

Has anybody mentioned "Mae's Transformation" from Near Dark? I find this to be very moving.

Unable to comment, as I haven't heard it!
Lookout for it on vinyl, Mick. It is usually available in excellent condition!

Sadly Jason, I no longer have a turntable. It's cd or nothing I'm afraid.
