TANGINES SCALES

Post by bigmoog »

of the two new compilations, I find Tangines my preferred disc....superb sound quality, open , dynamic almost analog. Brilliant cover art and great tracks.......best listened loud...the bass is very powerful.

Great track list...

01. After The Call
02. Barbakane
03. Horizon (Warsaw Gate Mix)
04. House Of The Rising Sun (Southend Mix)
05. Livemiles (Morning Glow Mix)
06. Storm Seekers/Cool Shibuya
07. Story Of The Brave (Vienna Mix)
08. Sungate (Red Rock Version)
09. Teetering Scale
10. Underwater Sunlight

Does the remixes differ much from the original versions?
What part of Horizon and Livemiles?

EDIT: Forgot that there are previews of the tracks in the download shop. Sorry!

What about the other CD, Silver Siren Collection? Does anybody have a track listing? I'm trying to decide which of the three new discs to purchase, and a track listing would be most helpful. Also, as mentioned earlier, how different do these new tracks sound compared to the originals?

Just dl this album from the site and I love it. This is my first TD dl and I have been listening to it all day. As it is a dl I don't have any info on this. When they say it is a compilation what is the general history of the tracks that are collected on this disc. Are they re-recordings of old tracks or newer tracks from different sources?

Anyone who can help me with this info will be appreciated. I am still on a rather steep learning curve about TD.
