That's why I decided to buy it. I found TD's music so late (6 months ago!) I'm cherry picking now... 8)
Sir, you NEED to add Poland to your list of albums.

Good luck!
Actually I just did a week ago or so! Won bidding on Ebay.
I need to update my signature!

I only heard J D'arc for the first time about a month ago.

It is an absolutely bloody, breathtakingly, magnificent masterpiece of extreme beauty :D

Hope that assists with your anticipation 71db

There are a few 'moments' that could benefit grom a remaster on this release - this is by no means a criticism of the recording though, this was for me another turning point in TDs musical history , and again for me , for the better. :)

Hi Guys,

This is NO distortion but a special sound! It should be associated to 'cannon storms'....Ok, maybe it was too abstract for some people....

A picture of cannons in the 1-page booklet would have been helpful ;-) ;-) ;-)

Me too. It has been clear to me from the first listen what those sound-effects are. I think it works really well too, bringing forward the emotional contrasts of the subject matter.

Oh, it's all done on purpose? That's a relief! I'll wait for the disc to arrive and let you guys know what I think about it.

Cannon's do make distorted-sounding noise because the sound pressure levels are so high (> 160 dB) the acoustics becomes unlinear.
