Favourite line-up

Franke, Froese, Schmoelling for me. I suppose it depends on when you first started out. Tangram, Exit, White Eagle, Hyperborea, Poland, even Le Parc (left overs perhaps?); they make my timbers shiver :!: Then again, some of the tracks on the cup-discs do the same, the Fallen Angels At Trafalgar Square with the voice is brilliant. I didn't like some of it at first, but Edgar's really got to grips now with the use of voice sampling and manipulation. I think the current line-up is one of the strongest for a long time, some excellent material coming out. Sound of a Sea Shell is a classic. To me TD has been like a family, members come and go, and unknown relatives turn up every now and again, but the genetic similarity is always there.
Tangerine Dream cleans my brain.

Can't disagree with that. The last few years have been some of TD's finest, really strong work.

Paul has the saxophone in the band brought! And I hate saxophone!!! ;-)
Underwater Sunlight, Optical Race, Shy People, Near Dark, Tyger and Live Miles are really good productions.
But there were also bad productions such as Destination Berlin.
And I even saw the film in Berlin to!

Of course as an oldtimer ( :D ), my favourit is EF-CF-JS.
The best TD music is from that time. But that won't say, that the other line-ups are bad.
