yeh I had that problem although I think they have changed it now, especially on the 2+ CD sets as they seem more rigid.

Not me...CDS for various reasons.
CDS for me as well. Usually faster delivery to my country, and never any problems with the customs (as is usually the case when I order from Eastgate).

(I was lucky to be awake and reading in the middle of the night...)

Now I'm very impatient to receive it... (with a 16 pages-booklet, nice)

Indeed nize prizes, so I choose Eastgate as well. As it is one release only I guess I may avoid the expensive customs.
Nice cover for the CD. Would be nice to see a larger image.

I've just had a look through the tracklist, and I think "Ayumi's Loom" has been moved. If I remember correctly, it was in the second set, not the first. Any particular reason for this? Or maybe it's just another misprint...
