I have removed all the jewel cases from my TD CDs , so that they don't occupy a lot of space. That way they are also easy to bring a few with me when travelling.

Oh, forgot to mention that I put each CD into a very nice plastic sleeve with room for the booklet as well  But it really saves a lot of space, now my whole collection fits into a small box that is easy to transport.

Must admit to liking taking CD in the clear plastic wallets for use in the car as opposed to sticking a jewel case in the door sidepocket and then usually cracking the front of the things.

Indoors however I like the full display of the jewel case.
Mind you it never ceased to amaze me that in a time of varing types of plastics that they still insist on making the jewel cases out of stuff that's so brittle , it would crack if the cat farted !.

My collection is too fragmented around the house to take one picture of...
- Vinyl on open shelves in one room
- CDs in enclosed storage unit in another room
- Tree and leaves in bookshelf unit
- DVDs and videos downstairs with the AV system
- posters in a portfolio case
- T-shirts in a chest of drawers..

One day, when I have some time to hand, it would be quite fun to assemble everything in one place as a kind of 'museum' for photographs...

like BTF mine are all over the place....Most CDs are in a large DJ case, TT and TL discs in folders, vinyl in LP cases, DVDs all over the place, posters in tubes (1974-2006), cuttings in 15-20 folders, including flyers, adverts, fan photos, blah blah: , B&W promo photos in another, tickets in another (1972-2007) and CDs and Bootlegs just piled up, Edgar's Harmonica in my Swiss Bank vault ;)...oh and my silver disc up on the wall
