Minutes are rounded up: 14:01 = 15 minutes.

I remember Megadeth getting criticism for their first few albums being short but they were great albums. For me it's quality over quantity any day.

Absolutely agree. Not complaining. Just curious why it is written "minimum 15 min. playing time" on the back cover, when disc clocks in at 14:26.
