Love this one!
It kind of reminded me of Final Cut.

"Cologne Curiosities: The Unknown Krautrock Underground, 1972-1976"

https://guerssenrecords.bandcamp.com/al ... -1972-1976

I don't know. It feels faux - not even a "various artists" - like a guy/band doing a Spinal Tap for KR

Anyone else got this?

Something tells me this is about as authentic as the infamous Kosmischer Läufer bullshite. Now we did have a good laugh, didn't we.

I know some people from the Cologne underground of the 1970s, and none of the names mentioned here can be found among them.

Maybe it's because I know the wrong sort of people.

Ha I'd not heard of that one, after a quick listen I found it more realistic. But now I've found a review in Prog Mag of it and they take it seriously. Maybe too cynical. But IMHO if it is genuinely 70s forgotten music, it was forgotten for a reason. Ain't very good!

Most Krautrock was just that -- "weed" or "cabbage" (two other meanings of the German word "Kraut"). "Molasses" would be another one, btw.
