NM: I understand that in Europe you have achieved a solid success, while In North America you remain more of a cult band. Do you agree?

PH: In Europe you have real fans, some of whom might travel to the U.S. just to see a concert. I call them the addicts. But American audiences are more spontaneous, which makes it easier at concerts. I have the most spontaneous reactions to the piano parts in the U.S. They sometimes directly interfere with a solo section but that's all right. On the other hand, people here like to change a lot. They always want to be in the move, in the action, which means they tend to forget easily. So I don't get the feeling there's a real fan base in the States.
