Peculiar Chris Franke-"credit"

I just watched the opening credits to the film Ms. Bear from 1997, because I knew Franke had written the music. The surprise was big when the credit "Music by Double Fun" showed up instead. The music sounded indeed like Franke.
I wonder what happened here. Franke is credited on imdb.
