truly awesome article
BM reads in stunned silence, awe and wonder
and as for ...' even an inflated tent...'
the gems keep coming, TD, oh dear me are the KINGS
andy, your archive is marvellous, such hard work, such special reading.
Thanks for the trouble

in that case thanks to andy and Chris
thanks to all
I still wish, really wish that TD had a venue fitting a 40th anniversary concert
even an inflated tent is better than the flea pit astoria

Don't forget that Anniversary is sept 29th....therefore it's not unthinkable that TD could come back to the UK later in the year, or early next year in a better venue

Tangerine Dreams music
is cathedral like : massive, resonant, cavernous, deep and gets me closer to the meaning of faith : a personal journey to god via music

You can say that again BM, Chris showed me a photo of the room the Astoria had provided when he was filming a recent gig. It wasn't bigger than your average tiolet.
But, I should add I'm still pleased that TD are playing 'at all'. The venue in 2003 wasn't the best, but the gig itself was a good one (bar my usual whinge about the lack of a light show)

this is why I've never bothered writing a book on TD, when you read Chris's article you realise that other people can write much much better than I could ever do. Good excuse though, so I'm sticking to it

to write a definitive boook on Tangarine Dream, would I think need input from more than one writer with more than one archive, it would take :
the will to do it
time
money
dedication
and er....um.....hell, why not!!!!!!!?
edgar's book will be released by voiceprint, on sale via amazon, release date 2110, delivery pending legal issues
