at 30.00 it begins to resemble the soundtrack to Dr Who and the Daleks (The Peter cushing film)......incredible sounds, very eerie......clanger like whistles....clanking, throbs, at 33.14 the legendary pulses begin, oscillations.....organ...throbs, drones......mellotron at 36.40

terrific 8)

Ohhh, hear that mellotrons. Like it already. While having it on my headphone again after a long time, you can hear a bit where to want to go.
Hardly no sequences, that came later. Wasn't invented yet, I think. :)
Yes, I like this concert.

Absolutely mindblowing. At that time those concerts were unique in the truest sense of the word, nobody played such grandiose improvised electronic music (except Klaus Schulze maybe). Another Nigel B. recording, he also captured the Nottingham 1976 show. Too bad that an inferior sounding copy found its way onto the Bootleg Box version, the master tape was later released as a repacement disc of the Tangerine Tree series...a "Kosmische" classic! :P

To all the guys involved on the amazing Tree/Leaves project,

Those supplying the original tapes,
Those doing the remastering,
Those searching out alternative/better recordings
Those doing the artwork
Those supplying B & P copies
To everyone involved really...........

We salute you all !! Image

I have all the TT/TL series and have probably listened to about 10%

right off the bat, i recommend the live version of the inferno album

some of their recordings have surprisingly terrible quality. very few though. but there are some shows that i can't believe didn't appear in the series. aylesbury 1975 for example, amazing and unique show.

TT and TL is still a fantastic body of work. the effort put into compiling it will always be appreciated.
