... When did Iris join TD?

According to VITN, Iris joined TD in 2001:

VITN seems pretty spot on whenever I use it so probably is correct

According to Iris's website http://www.iriscamaa.com, it happened in 2000 :

In 2000 she was hired by the legendary band Tangerine Dream to perform with them in London at the Shephert’s Bush theater for the first time. Tangerine Dream – already nominated for Grammy 7 times, works with her as a percussionist, drummer and singer. They are still touring all over the word at venues like: Royal Albert Hall - London, UCLA Hall - Los Angeles, Olympia - Paris, Boerderij in Zoetermeer - Holland, Sant Jordi Club - Barcelona, Japan IZU Festival, Coliseu dos Recreios – Lissabon, Germany, Scotland...

There are some nice clips of the 2001 Shepherds Bush show on YouTube. In fact it might be the whole show cut up into numerous chunks. I've watched them quite a few times. Be nice to get on a DVD.

Short but sweet. Shame there's not more. With over 20 years history with TD, there's a great interview waiting to be written.

Iris Camaa was at the Planters Bar in Vienna this evening as a special guest, singing. She's got a beautiful voice. One of many talents. Thank you Iris.
