Theme From "Body Double"?

OK, so take a look at track A8 (says written by Franke, Froese, Schmoelling):

(someone trying to sound like the Franke, Froese, Schmoelling era, if not outright sampling music from it)

and I'm guessing there's a story I haven't heard. I didn't find any info on the Voices in the Net site, so who here can shed some light?

i don't understand the credits there, but i'm pretty sure Edgar did a VERSION of that track.

The background sequence possibly sounds a bit like a variation on Love On A Real Train ...

The track is called Telescope, and is on the Body Double soundtrack:

I don't think TD had anything to do with it.

I didn't think so either. So why the Franke, Froese, Schmoelling composition credits on the sampler where the song appears? Strange.
