The "polar radius" is the distance between the centre of the Earth (or the planet you consider) and the poles.

The "equatorial radius" is the distance between the centre and a point on the equator.
It is always bigger than the polar radius, because of the rotation of the Earth (or the planet you consider).

Thoroughly excellent collection of tracks on this the final 'Booster 7'. 'Le Combat Des Epees(Director's Cut) is a fabulous piece of music, and that guitar solo from Edgar on 'Barnabas The Messenger' is a hairs on the back of the neck moment. 8) 8) 8)

Only managed one distracted listen so far. Sounds great though. Looking forward to some intensive listening this evening whilst looking at the photo book for the first time (which will be very emotional). Already had some tears looking at the back cover with Edgar and the Koala bear. Great picture.

And the photo inside the CD cover. Almost seems like Edgar was waving farewell to us all  :(

Also, perpendicular to where the radius intersects the circle, exists the tangent. 8)

Disc 1 playing just now.

Tell you something, Track 6 - Pilgrims To Elysium ------ absolutely superb. So reminiscent of late 70s dream. Written by Edgar, just wonderful.

Love the Froese/Schmoelling track 1 - Tamago Yaki 2015.

Great collection of TD music.

I love that track too. Beautiful and melancholy.

Excellent picture of the great man but provokes great sadness every time I open the discs. :(
