20012017

Today it is 2 years ago of Edgars passing.
Still remembering him as it was yesterday.

Time flies and is going fast, faster.
The music lasts forever!

Incredible to think it was 2 years ago, but forever in our thoughts. The Legend lives on!

Edgar Music is a part of my life. I will never forget him.

A promise to Bianca when I saw her in Paris for the Premiere of Tangerine Dream Documentary i will go to Budapest, with my wife, next week for the A38 ship concert.

The Tangerine Dream music is stronger than the life cycle.

Hi,

He showed up in one of my dreams and we were talking about "art" ... he said that "art" doesn't exist ... that it was all just a "moment in time" and the word was created to identify that moment ... but rarely had anything to do with the work itself.

So much like his music in these words ... reminds me of his comments on that one krautrock special ... massive comments, and so on it.

Lovely ... totally lovely!

Sitting
...
looking
...
at the screen in front of me
...
trying to think
...
flowing with some music
...
center of now
...
and then
...
a few images appear
...
they make me cry
for what?
I don't know
except that there are tears
and I know
in my heart and mind
I won't be "seeing"
the feeling
that it provides
on any new music
...
I have my doubts
...
talk is easy
when you don't see
and you have ideas
...
and that's the problem
...
I have no ideas
only know what I see
and I try to speak
of it
...
though some don't like it
don't get it
and think it is something
of a negative,
when
...
it is just time
passing through
and makes you feel
like you are a part
of it all ... of this earth
...
this universe
...
even though you know
that you are a speck of sand
on a beach
where oil patches
stick to your feet
and take away the beauty
that you admired from a distance
...
just like the new music
...
maybe my eyes are old
maybe my ears are older
maybe my heart is failing
maybe my fingers ...
don't want to write a whole lot more
...
for blind people
that would rather have words
than a lot of writing
... something they can absorb
and live with ...

a keyboard clicks
a new sound
expands
a new universe
another string appears
from the other side of the stage
throws you around
like a harsh wind,
taking your imagination away
...
until one day
...
it doesn't thrill you any more
...
the ultimate fear
...
no more sound
no more feelings
no more visions
no more ideas
...
and you turn to yor side
and my last words are
...
I love you
...
but where is the music?
