Meh, pass. I met the guy once and he's an absolute tool, honestly. I'd rather spend my money on the IN SEARCH OF HADES box set.

I ordered it too. Rather expensive, but it's a very unusual book, so I'm curious about the result ! :)

Have much fun with it Steve! Let us now what you think of it over here ( just a thought ). If it weights a ton it must be quite extended stuff!

Does the book have any written paragraphs or is it just tickets, flyers and stuff?

The book is beautifully presented. It mostly consists of flyers, concert tickets, advertising stuff from record companies, and quite a bit from Andrew Graham Stuarts archive including contracts. If you are wondering about buying this, I recommend that you look at The Zest which has a dozen or so pages on view, This gives a flavour of the book. Do I think that is worth the money? No. Am I glad that I have bought it ? Yes.
Hope this helps !

I don't blame you Jon. There are only so many concert tickets you can look at without falling asleep. Incidentally, any news on the Film music book which you posted about a while back?

Received the book the other day. It is a fantastic piece of work/art. Looks good on the coffe table. Of course, as mentioned, you can only look at so many ticket stubs, but it really contains a lot more than that. Press releases for example. The earliest mostly in German, but naturally in English from '74 or so. Also loads of interesting and beautiful artwork on old concert posters. The very early once really interesting. Hand drawn posters etc. All in all a good book.
