Bells of Accra comes across as yet another competent piece of music
from Edgar this EP is a lot more ethnic in feel to any previous EP's
I like the feel of this 14+min track although i think the title track of SWIS is my favourite of the recent releases this is a worthy edition to my TD collection.
Edgar when tracks are this good you can keep releasing them on EPs as far as i'm concerned
IMHO
Metaphor 8/10
SWIS 7/10 APART FROM THE TITLE TRACK 9.5/10
BOA 8/10

can`t wait to hear it. I have to admit the Ep`s have been real treats. I listen to metaphor quite a lot.

I notice that both Bells of Accra and Summer In Nagasaki are by Edgar Froese without any mention in the composing or performing of Thorsten. I hope that is not an ominous sign as I think he has produced some excellent tracks so far!! Hopefully it is just whilst working on his other stuff and he will return to TD work soon.

I like the EP's too. Also they're probably a great way for TD for experimenting with new directions in their music without devoting a whole studio album to it.
And EP's are good for collecting more of Edgar's artwork in printed form.
Sorry but I just couldn't afford 95,-- or 180,-- €.
How about releasing new TD CD's together with moderately priced prints of the album covers? How I miss LP cover-sized prints ... 30 x 30 cm! Can't imagine there wouldn't be a demand ...
