He wasn't sentenced, I prefer to believe the judge's decision as I'm a big fan of his, especially Quadrophenia.

fans!...btw I didn't say he was...I was joking ;)...I saw a thread on a forum the other day, titled 'it is morally ok to play Gary Glitter's music'?

it's a weird world mate

Honestly I felt disgusted last time after watching Jose Bergerons Stratosfear on classical guitar, I noticed he also covered a Gary Glitter track.

won't download it. Will make a rip of the dvd. Guess that will be a better quality than the download.

I wanted to support the idea of making soundboard recordings available for download especially when they don't release a DVD of the concert

For people who don't want to spend time on ripping and all the other stuff after that or even don't have the capacity to do it it is an option.
The only negative thing about the download is that you downgrade the dvd quality very much.

THe dvd is now playing for the first time over my head in the background. Sounds very nice. One thing, why didn't they start the dvd with the upcoming of the group on stage instead of after ghe first notes of Girl on the stairs :?:

I believe there was a litte mishap at the start of the concert that they had to cut. From a previous post:

at the start of the performance, the music began (Girls on the stairs) on the precise moment when the speaker was also beginning his word introduction to the the band. So the speaker remained a few moments on the stage, while the curtains were falling, wondering what was happening and what he has to do. Edgar also seemed a little surprised to see him still on stage. And after 3 words and 5 seconds of hesitation, he left the stage (kind of put out)...

That's why it starts with those slow-motion shots.
