The Keep - UK Sky SciFi/Horror Channel Sunday 4th October

Just found out too late that The Keep played on Sky's SciFi/Horror channel tonight in HD :( :( :( :(
As usual with Sky, even though loads of things are repeated many times in a week.... I can't find this in the listings again for the next 7 days.. :(

Shite ...I missed it... :x
I managed to hit the record button and got most of the film (sometimes the Sky recorder seems to record stuff from earlier than when you actually start recording :? )

There doesn't however seem to be a way to get programmes on the Sky box onto the laptop.....

Actually I've seen the film before and I do have it on DVDr and the picture that was shown on SciFi was better than I've seen previously.....

:( Have been looking out for this on the normal and freeview channels but as yet no luck. Don't have Sky so that would be no use to me anyway. I did buy a copy a long time ago on DVD-r along with extended copies of the soundtrack but the picture quality was/is dreadful. Why oh why don't they release it properly on Blu Ray?? :(

Only seen it the once and remember it being slow moving and drab. Apparently the film has several endings though and it depends on which 'cut' you see.

If it was released on DVD all the endings should be available with isolated soundtrack full version :shock:

:D I liked the film. It was slow moving but that doesn't mean it's a bad movie. Non stop action does not a good film always make!! I like Michael Mann's films and this one definitely deserves a good DVD/Blu Ray release. :D
