Who flew to London to help with the editing of Tony Palmer's film of TD at Coventry Cathedral?

I would be surprised if the winning answer is "Chris Franke" finally!

Don't get me wrong, I'm big fan of CF -it would be the best thing to see him reunite with TD, as his sequences/rhythms added a very specific element to the band.
